This hotel in central Delhi exceeded my expectations in many ways. the prices were incredibly affordable, offering great value for money. Secondly, the attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel, with modern decorations, comfortable beds, and spacious bathrooms. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any needs. The location in the Karol Bagh neighborhood was perfect, providing easy access to all transport options. Lastly, having breakfast included was a definite plus, offering a variety of options to start the day.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

- Puneet at the front desk was very friendly and helped me a lot, he even booked train tickets for me - Close to the metro
- I had to move rooms because the first one I got was dirty, they didn't even change the towels from the previous guests - Very noisy - When I got the bill, the numbers didn't add. In order to give me an explanation they first told me taxes were 17%, then they changed their minds 2 times: 10% and 12%, really? taxes change depending on the guest? this is not honest

During my recent stay at a budget hotel in the heart of the city, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the excellent service provided by the staff. the location of the hotel was perfect as it was situated near the train station and the city center. the facilities provided by the hotel were exceptional, especially given the affordable price. the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The lack of variety offered in the buffet breakfast. the location of the room facing the street was quite noisy in the early morning.

Free internet was the only positive thing about the hotel.
The room was extremely dirty. The level of noise in the building is unbearable up until 1 AM if felt like we were in a construction site.

The staff was friendly and always willing to help, and the rooms were clean with modern decoration. In terms of location, it was walking distance to the market and shops, and close to public transportation.
There was a lot of noise from the street and the kitchen, which made it difficult to sleep. the food was a bit overpriced compared to other places in the area.

This hotel in the Karol Bagh neighborhood of Delhi is a great value for money. It offers affordable prices and attention to detail in every aspect. The location is fantastic as it is centrally located and easily accessible to all modes of transport, including the Karol Bagh Metro station. The staff at this hotel is very helpful and friendly, ensuring that guests have a comfortable stay. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities, including comfortable beds, modern decoration, and spacious bathrooms with hot water. Additionally, the rooms have heaters incorporated into the split-unit air conditioning units, which is a thoughtful touch. Breakfast is included in the stay, providing guests with a convenient start to their day.

The hotel is in a good location and is only 100m from metro way and is a short 15 minute walk to main shopping complex. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The airport pick up to the hotel was also convenient without any charge.

I loved staying at this hotel as its location was great - close to the market and right across from the railway station. The room was clean, bright, and spacious with a nice big window to watch the busy city. The staff was helpful and arranged for transportation to an international fair in Noida. The breakfast on the roof was enjoyable and had good variety.
Can’t fault anything about it.

Very good lunch and dinner at the a la carte restaurant. Proximity to channa market.
The hotel was extremely dirty. The breakfast buffet was very poor in terms of variety and especially quality of food.

Modern room and decor! Good location for shopping.
Some of the staff were very incompetent.we had to chase them continuously to get any jobs done (booking a taxi, fixing the hot water supply).
